Congress Language

The official congress language is English. Plenary lectures and invited scientific lectures will be held in English. All PowerPoint presentations have to be prepared in English only. Free communications, educationals and workshops will be in German or English. There will be no simultaneous translations.

Registration

Registration Desk
The registration desk is located in the entrance hall (ground floor). Registration on-site is possible at the registration desk. However, waiting can be eased if participants register online in advance. 

Pre-registered participants will receive a barcode which is required on-site in order to print the badge. Therefore, it is essential to have the barcode ready. Self-printing stations are located directly in front of the registration desk.

Methods of Payment at the Registration Desk
On-site you will be able to pay cash, debit order (for German participants only) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Registration Fees
The registration fee covers admission to scientific sessions, industrial exhibition, poster exhibition and welcome reception.

Name Badges

The name badge is the official meeting document and should be worn all times in order to gain entry to the meeting rooms and the exhibition areas. In case of lost or forgotten badges, an administration fee of € 20 will be charged.

Certificate of Attendance

All registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance with their conference documents.

Cloakroom

The cloakroom is located directly at the entrance hall of the congress center.

Abstracts on USB Flash Drive

The abstracts will be published on USB flash drives which are sponsored by GRIFOLS. Together with your congress documents you will receive a voucher to pick up your personal copy at booth X5. Companies and participants may copy material for their personal use. Further copies for sale or for any other commercial purpose is prohibited without prior permission of the editor.

Internet Access

During the meeting you will have free WLAN access in the entire congress area. To log in please choose the gth15 network in your smartphone menue. Open your browser. The Telekom website will open automatically. Fill in your mobile number. Within a few seconds (roaming may take a little bit longer) you will get a code via SMS. Finish registration with this code.

Congress Documentation

During the congress and the social program pictures will be taken by a professional photographer. These pictures will be published within a password protected area on the congress website, accessible to attendees of the congress only. On request we remove photos from the gallery. Please contact MCI.

Photography, Audio, Video and Mobile Phone Policy

Audio, photo and video recording by any device (e.g. cameras, laptops, PDAs, mobile phones, watches) is strictly prohibited during all oral and poster sessions, unless prior permission is obtained from the conference organizer. Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during scientific sessions. Mobile phones must be switched off whilst attending sessions.

Smoking

For reasons of health and safety, and in respect of non-smoking participants, smoking is prohibited in the congress venue.

Industrial Exhibition

Please join the industrial exhibition taking place in Hall Y and the main foyer. For further information please see the list of exhibitors and the floor plan.

Program Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make changes if necessary. No full or partial refunds are made to the attendees in the event of cancellations or other changes in the program. Please note that changes will be posted at the registration desk and at the entrance of the session halls as well as through the app. Participants will be informed about the changes.
